2011- Trade & Industry Development Magazine's CiCi Award

The CiCi Award (Corporate Investment and Community Impact) recognized a total of 30 firms, 15 in each of two categories, corporate investment and community impact. Other notable honorees include: Facebook, Macy’s, Caterpillar, Harley Davidson and Allstate. (more)

2011 – Gold Shovel Award

Diplomat is one of 10 companies in Michigan to accept a Gold Shovel Award. This award is presented annually to the states that have achieved the most success in terms of significant job creation through innovative policies, infrastructure improvements, processes and promotions that attract new employers as well as investments in expanded facilities, while creating an economic impact.
