Robert Fleckenstein

Vice President of Operations

Robert Fleckenstein is Diplomat’s Vice President of Operations. He is a 33 year executive in the Pharmacy industry and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Diplomat’s National Distribution Center, Patient Service Operations, Call Center, Oncology Department and other patient facing services at Diplomat’s Corporate headquarters. Robert brings extensive experience in areas of production, fulfillment, customer service and sales activities from his prior career positions, including Director of Pharmacy and Customer Service for Stadtlander Drug Company, Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for CVS ProCare Mail Service, and Regional Manager of Oncology Pharmaceutical Services for US Oncology. Robert began his career at Western Pennsylvania Hospital as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Sales in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and holds an MBA and Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
