The Diagnosis and Management of von Willebrand Disease (CE Study Module)

Hetty A. Lima, R.Ph., FASHP, Vice President Specialty Infusion Services, published an article in the November/December 2010 issue of Infusion magazine (the journal of the National Home Infusion Association, (NHIA), titled "The Diagnosis and Management of von Willebrand Disease."
